He began his professional legal practice in 1998 at one of the most reputable law firms in Azerbaijan.

Work Experience:

·       Vice President of the law firm “BM”

·       Head of the Legal Department at the largest onshore oil company in Azerbaijan

·       Head of the Legal Department at a holding company in the oil extraction industry in Azerbaijan

·       Chief Legal Counsel at Gold Mining Company and others

·       Responsibilities include: Drafting contracts related to oil and gas legislation, such as purchase, service, drilling and lease agreements

·       Providing advice on corporate matters and business operations

·       Providing legal translations

·       Providing legal services in various areas of law, including civil, commercial, contract, labor law, etc.

·       Preparing legal documents, including statements, petitions, motions, contracts, applications and regulations

·       Defending rights in court

·       Conducting legal research
