• Head of the legal department at Absheron Operating Company Limited

• Head of the legal department at Shirvan Operating Company Ltd

Job responsibilities include:

• Preparing contracts on oil and gas law such as purchase, service, drilling, lease

• Consulting on corporate matters and business transactions

• Providing legal translations

• Providing legal services in various areas of law including civil, commercial, contract, labor law, etc.

• Preparing legal documents including applications, petitions, motions, contracts, statements, regulations

• Defending rights before the courts

• Providing legal researches

Education:

Azerbaijan University Law School, LL.M. in State Law, (2000-2002);

Azerbaijan University Law School, LL.B. (1996-2000).

Member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan since 2012.
